Ripple mattresses are an excellent solution for preventing bedsores. The mattresses achieve this by inflating and deflating the pockets of air, that make up the mattress, in a regulating pattern. This offers pressure relief as well as improving air circulation that are significantly linked to bedsores. They offer optimum pressure distribution and simple, user-friendly pumps. Both the cells and the base of the unit are fluid resistant in order to maximize hygiene factors.
The M8 Alternating Pressure Overlay is suitable for up to stage 3 pressure care management. It has an ultra-quiet pump, air pressure dial adjustment and a low pressure alarm to help with patient safety. The mattress comes with a washable, waterproof cover.
For hygiene reasons, this product cannot be returned once opened unless the product has a defect.
