The Women's Cotton Comfort Incontinence Panties are a soft, silky cotton poly jersey with Agion antimicrobial fibers that reduce bacteria causing odors. The pad's waterproof outer layer prevents leakage for double protection with a classic style and generous rear coverage. Our Cotton Comfort Incontinence Panties have a sewn-in, absorbent Unique-Dri pad, which traps liquid for built-in, all-day protection. These incontinence panties require no inserts or disposable pads and are perfect for light to moderate incontinence. Just machine wash and they are ready for wear! Absorbs 30 ml at a time and up to 120ml through the day.
